I've been using this mechanic shop for a while, and they have consistently provided honest, reliable, and professional service. What sets them apart is their transparency they take the time to explain exactly what work needs to be done, why it is necessary, and what was completed after the repair. I never feel pressured into unnecessary services, which has built a great deal of trust over time. excellent customer service. The staff is friendly, respectful, and always willing to answer questions and keep customers informed throughout the repair process. They genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Their attention to detail, fair pricing, and commitment to doing the job right the first time are the reasons they have earned a strong reputation and remained successful for many years. It's rare to find a shop that combines expertise, integrity, and outstanding customer service so well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high Quality and trustworthy mechanic who stands behind their work and values their customers.

Mario is the best! I brought my M3 in for service and he took care of all the required maintenance, making sure everything was done right and the car was road-ready. Honest, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but Mario delivers quality work and great service every time. If you’re looking for reliable and trustworthy automotive service, I highly recommend giving him a call. 🚗 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After my Mercedes sat for almost two years because another mechanic couldn’t properly fix the issues, I finally brought it to RMZ. They were able to figure out what was wrong, get everything repaired, and get the car running again! Since getting the car back, it’s been driving like a dream! Big Shoutout to Mario and Ray! If you need your car fixed, the guys at RMZ will definitely take good care of you!

Took my car here recently for a new power steering pump and a coolant bleed & I couldn’t be more happier. They got me in as soon as possible and finished the job in 3 days. I also had a stripped bolt and sum ac lines loose and they fixed that free of charge. Really is a great shop, they go above and beyond and have great pricing. Thank you again RMZ

I'm blown away by the service at this shop! From day one, Mario and Ray have been genuinely fantastic to work with. I've trusted them with all my vehicles - my F30 BMW, Zl1, and now my X5M and they've always delivered top notch care with lightning fast turnaround times. What really sets them apart is their honesty & they keep me informed about everything my cars need and potential issues down the line. With their expertise in both performance and maintenance, RMZ is my go to shop for all my automotive needs. I'm locking them in as my long-term partner for years to come …1000% recommended!"
